New Jobportunities 2.0 works on a cross-border network of employers, who would like to tap into the “silent reserve”. The silent reserve is a name for the group of people who are currently not working but are not on benefits. A group that does pretty well for each other
has. For example, because they have assets, a partner who earns a lot or for other reasons not having to work for the money. Yet these people want to participate in society again. These are very motivated people who would like to re-enter the labor market - not because they have to - but because they want that. After all, work is not only an income, but also a form of meaning.
In the first phase of the program, New Jobsopportunities help men and women who are not entitled to benefits to find a job and / or (further) training in Germany. In the previous edition, 80% of the participants found a good job follow-up training. We ask participants for a one-time investment of 450 euros for six months lasting intensive, part-time trajectory.
In the second phase of New Jobportunities 2.0 we guide jobseekers - also from a different cultural background - to the cross-border labor market.

New Jobportunities 2.0 builds on the success factors of a previous project with 80% outflow towards a paid job and / or vocational training. New Jobportunities 2.0 provides an organization that can continue independently, even after the subsidy period. Here comes our part. We build a sustainable business model that contributes to the prosperity and longevity of the project. We further use our network to match talent with employers and vice-versa, thus directly contributing to the project.
